SUMMARY This role will be based at the Regional HR Office in Hong Kong to provide a full spectrum of HR support, including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Administration for Hong Kong, Macau, Australia and Singapore. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for support full spectrum of human resources functions, including, but not limited to, compensation & benefits administrations, talent acquisition and employee relations management for assigned countries Provide Payroll and C&B administration support including payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, leave management, employee compensation, medical and insurance etc Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding Ensure HR related policies and procedures are followed and review regularly to reflect up-to-date employment law and best practice  Prepare HR related data for cost allocation and tracking Provide current human resources related advice, guidance and support to our employees Upkeeping accurate employment records and database Support in preparing and consolidating HR related analysis and regular reports Organize staff activities and related events Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, HR related projects and ad hoc tasks assigned Requirements Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline  Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in retail industry Well versed in Hong Kong employment legislations and other statutory ordinances  Candidate with experience in Singapore and Macau payroll would be an advantage Independent with ability to multi-task and to stay highly organized in the event of fast changing retail environment and competing deadlines Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills Responsible, proactive, mature with positive attitude; eager to learn Detail-minded and being able to work under pressure  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (eg PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Immediately available is preferred Benefits Our client offer 5-day work week, medical scheme, dental plan, life medical, discretionary bonus and good career prospect to the right candidate.
