Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a smooth hiring process Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Hiring Strategy & Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions Provide guidance on best hiring practices and market trends Develop data-driven recruitment strategies based on hiring needs and workforce planning Recruitment Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness Provide regular reports and insights to improve hiring efficiency Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for better candidate engagement Onboarding & Compliance Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3 to 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in financial industry Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and hiring trends Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Candidate with knowledge in labor laws and employment regulations in Asia would be preferred
