Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for front-line and business development role for HK and China team. Develop strong sourcing network to build and maintain a talent pipeline. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates. Conduct resume screening, conduct interviews, assessing candidates for cultural fit, skills, and qualifications. Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Keep abreast of the market conditions and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders Requirements What you'll need: 5 - 8 years of working experience in related to Talent Acquisition. Bachelor’s Degree holder of business-related discipline. Fluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese. Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment. Self-starter and fast learner Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset. .
