




Job responsibilities: Hotline support for technical enquiries with professional manners Handle goods returns process Support, analyze and solve technical enquiries & problems for internal/external parties Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, Service, Marketing etc. Manage cases via BFO systems Requirements Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering 1 year of working experience is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
