What you’ll be doing Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 5+, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, production, sales, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and packaging solutions. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality across all creative outputs. Provide strong art direction across packaging, print, digital, and outdoor channels, including MTR ads, posters, and social media (e.g., Facebook, IG). Guide production processes including color tuning, retouching, and print preparation, ensuring flawless execution. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency while allowing for local market adaptation. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance design workflows and creative innovation. Stay ahead of international design and fashion trends, applying insights to elevate brand aesthetics and relevance. Act as a creative ambassador, championing design excellence and user-centric thinking across the organization. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive design experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, or medical care industries. Proven track record of leading creative teams, including remote and cross-border collaboration. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging, print, digital, and campaign design. Deep understanding of brand development, consumer behavior, and regional market dynamics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools. Experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Solid knowledge of printing techniques, production processes, and visual retouching. Ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives and operational constraints.
