The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making Handle confidential information with discretion Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and presentations Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively solve problems Liaise with other team members to ensure efficient communication flow Perform other administrative tasks as needed Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Proficiency in MS Office suite Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Discretion and confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Fluent in both Cantonese and English are required, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
