Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the dealing team - Facilitate trading activities on Local & Global market - Provide services including general enquiries & account opening etc. - Monitor trading system and online trade transactions - Perform daily operation and prepare related documents filing - Perform day-end processing and related tasks - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management Requirements Key Requirements: Must-have  - University graduates (Full Time degree) in Finance or business related disciplines and holder of SFC license RA1  - At least 5 years dealing experience in financial institutions or brokerage firms  - Fluent speaking in English and Putonghua is a must   Nice-to-have  - Able to work accurately under pressure  - Alertness, attentive and good numerical sense - Prepared your CV in Chinese after shortlisted is needed Benefits - Attractive bonus over market range (around 3-4 months) - Reporting to Responsible Officer directly - Medical, Dental & Life insurance
