Corporate Accounting Handle full sets of accounts including but not limited to financial and management reporting, AR, AP, management fee records, bank reconciliation, etc Prepare monthly end close, prepare management report and FRR reporting in a timely manner and in compliance with local regulations Monitor the liquid capital on a monthly basis Prepare consolidation package, including all necessary consolidation adjustments and eliminations Prepare consolidated cashflow forecast and annual budget Fund Accounting Process vendors' invoices for the fund and corporation Work with fund administrator on non-trading expenses bookings and payments for third-party invoices Perform NAV pack and returns review, management fee and performance fee review, etc Other responsibilities Coordinate with auditor and tax advisor for tax filing and annual audit Assist in system enhancement and ad-hoc tasks Requirements With a university or above degree in Finance or Accounting (Chartered Accountant is preferable) Minimum of 5 years experience in audit or financial institute with FS exposure Excellent verbal and written English Ability to work independently and manage his/her own tasks Attentive to details Good team player Dynamic, diligent, flexible, thinks outside the box Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards and US GAAP, tax, and relevant statutory rules and regulations Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.     Your key responsibilities will be: Assist in month-end closing, management report preparation and analysis; budgeting and financial forecast, monitor budget performance and report variances. Assist in analyzing and monitoring invested portfolios and statutory audit and tax filing preparation. Monitor daily cash positions, including cash inflows and outflows, to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and settlement of trading transactions. Execute and reconcile cash transactions, including payments, receipts, and intercompany transfers. Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and projections to support effective cash management decisions. Assist in the development and implementation of cash management policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards related to treasury operations. Perform bookkeeping on bank transactions, including payments, fund transfers, and other related activities. Maintain proper filing and documentation of bank-related documents. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial processes, and accounting principles under SAP ERP operative environment will be an advantage. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. What you’ll do:  Day to Day Ensure all vendors’ invoices are recorded accurately into the accounting system Monitor and review staff expenses through Approval Max  to ensure proper authorization and alignment with company policies before processing. Prepare monthly expenses schedules, accrual and prepayment lists for management review Support revenue-related transactional activities, including but not limited to: reviewing and recording sales, preparing cash reconciliations to revenue, following up on AR reminders, and performing other ad hoc or recurring analysis. Support daily bank reconciliations, ensuring unreconciled items are followed up and resolved in a timely manner. Month End Lead a team of 2 in completing month-end closing activities Support month-end close activities, including but not limited to: record of month-end close transactions in accounting system, preparation of balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, preparation of other ad hoc and/or recurring analysis, and completion of bank reconciliations Payroll preparation and reconciliation Assist in preparing the monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, including preparing notes to financial statements and other schedules for disclosures Prepare intercompany reconciliations, ensure unreconciling items are identified and properly recorded Manage the cash flow and cash flow forecast to provide effective capital management As and when required Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors Assist tax and legal consultant for the income tax filings, subsidies compliances,  and other regulatory submissions Collaborate with FP&A during monthly BvA exercise and also take the lead in opex budgeting cycle Assist in improving internal control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies to minimize financial risk Requirements Professional accounting qualifications of HKICPA or CPA In depth understanding of IFRS Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
