We are looking for a passionate Growth and Marketing leader a highly driven and effective individual to power our customer acquisition strategy. Operating at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and cryptocurrency, you will own the complete growth and customer acquisition strategy—leading paid media, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, community marketing, customer reactivation, campaign development and implementation—. You'll manage an existing high-performing team and have the autonomy to design and scale your organization, supported closely by senior management. ‍ A Day In The Life Your morning begins by diving into yesterday's acquisition performance across channels, scrutinizing data to uncover insights, optimization opportunities, and areas for experimentation. Perhaps you've identified a promising new influencer campaign yielding high-quality traffic, and you're strategizing how to scale it further. Next, you meet with your Head of Paid Acquisition, aligning on budgets, channel strategies, and near-term priorities. You review recent affiliate program performance, brainstorm ways to activate dormant channels, and discuss fresh ideas for community marketing initiatives to drive organic growth. Mid-morning, you collaborate with the Product and Data teams, exploring ways to optimize conversion funnels and improve user onboarding to maximize acquisition ROI. You propose new A/B tests and experiment ideas designed to push key metrics forward. In the afternoon, you lead a cross-departmental meeting with senior stakeholders—sharing acquisition funnel analysis and some ideas your team have to optimize the funnel. You pitch new growth experiments and data tracking that will make your team’s acquisition more effective. As your day winds down, you finalize hiring plans and interviews for your Creator Marketing Lead - a new role that you’ve envisioned that aims at finding the next generation of creators to partner with our leading brand.  You drive customer acquisition. You unlock growth opportunities. You make a measurable impact. ‍ To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A passion for digital innovation, experimentation, and optimization—you thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments. A minimum of 8-10 years proven experience in digital and/or growth marketing, ideally with a clear track record of successfully driving new customer acquisition with a focus on digital channels. Demonstrated success leading and managing growth marketing teams, including paid acquisition (paid media, affiliates, influencers), campaign management, and community-focused marketing. Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to drive strategic decisions. You know how to measure, optimize, and scale marketing efforts effectively. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—with the confidence to present insights, results, and strategic recommendations clearly to senior management. Technologically native, you are a native user of tech and have shown a track record in adoption technology to help improve your performance.  Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building and scaling processes and teams from the ground up. It’d be great — but not necessary — if you also had: Experience or familiarity with cryptocurrency/blockchain technology, products, or markets. Background in sports, fintech, or digital entertainment industries. Experience in customer reactivation or community-driven growth initiatives. Multilingual capabilities relevant to key growth markets. You will be responsible for: Defining and delivering the global growth strategy—leading all customer acquisition channels, including paid media, affiliates, influencers, community marketing, customer reactivation, and competitor analysis. Building and scaling a high-performing growth marketing organization, including hiring, training, and mentoring your teams. Owning acquisition KPIs—tracking metrics meticulously, leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns, and consistently driving new customer growth. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Data, Sponsorship, Organic Growth and Senior Management teams to optimize the customer journey and maximize conversion rates. Driving innovation through experimentation—testing new channels, creative approaches, and marketing tactics to uncover untapped growth opportunities. Presenting insights, progress, and strategic recommendations regularly to senior management, ensuring alignment and buy-in on growth initiatives. Monitoring competitor marketing and growth strategies, proactively identifying threats and opportunities, and adjusting your strategy accordingly. Accountabilities (What You'll Be Measured By): ‍ New customer growth—acquisition volume, quality, and conversion rates. ROI and efficiency of acquisition spend—measured through metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), channel ROI, and payback periods. Team performance and development—building an effective, motivated growth organization. Successful experimentation and innovation—launching and scaling new channels, campaigns, or tactics that deliver measurable growth. Cross-departmental collaboration and impact—effectively partnering with Product, Data, VIP, and Marketing teams to optimize the entire customer acquisition journey.
