Head of Marketing
Hong Kong
The role Your entire existence revolves around scaling the business and disrupting competitors. As the Marketing leader of the foremost challenger brand in our space, you’re leading a guerilla war. You’ll do whatever it takes to succeed.   A day in the life Your mornings start with blood in the water. You’re dissecting acquisition performance from the day before — channel by channel, campaign by campaign — hunting for cracks, anomalies, and untapped arbitrage. One influencer test just lit up with high-intent traffic? You’re already plotting how to triple down and scale before the competition even notices. You jump into a tactical huddle with the Head of Paid Acquisition. Budgets shift, priorities evolve, and you move fast. You poke at stale affiliate channels, revive them with better angles, or kill them off without flinching. You swap in community-driven experiments where others would waste spend. By mid-morning, you're sparring with Product and Data. Conversion friction? You’re ripping it out. Onboarding drop-offs? You’re pitching a better flow. You dream in funnels and fight for every basis point of ROI. Test velocity matters — you’re the one accelerating it. Afternoons are for alignment and influence. You’re in the room with senior stakeholders, delivering performance truth and unapologetically making the case for bold growth bets. Your read on the market is sharper than theirs, and they know it. Before you log off, you're reviewing hiring pipelines and locking in the next sharp operator to join the fight. Then a final scan of the dashboards — your daily pulse check — and you’re done. For now. You don’t chase market share. You take it. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A track record leading challenger brands. Disruption is your baseline. Experience scaling acquisition and product marketing across digital channels — budgets, experiments, wins, and scars to prove it. The ability to build new growth engines, not just maintain what’s already working. Proven success leading high-output marketing teams (paid media, affiliates, influencers, campaigns, and community). Sharp analytical instincts. You test, learn, kill fast, and double down faster. Grit. Thick skin. You move through friction. Clear communication and the ability to rally cross-functional stakeholders around your strategy. Deep comfort with tech. You move faster because you know your tools. A bias for building, testing, and scaling — fast. It'd be great—but not necessary—if you also had: Crypto instincts — you’ve lived in the ecosystem or at least understand how the game works. Background in sports, fintech, or digital entertainment — you get the pace, the audience, and the stakes. Experience reigniting churned users or scaling community-led growth. Languages that open doors in key growth markets. You will be responsible for: Generating ideas — you’ll fuel the campaigns and strategic plays that move the needle. Owning the global growth strategy: paid, affiliate, influencer, community, reactivation, and competitor disruption. Building a high-performance team — hiring, mentoring, and driving output. Hitting acquisition KPIs. You track obsessively and optimize relentlessly. Working across Product, Data, Sponsorship, Organic, and VIP to tighten the funnel and boost conversion. Keeping the org in sync. Everyone knows what you're doing, why it matters, and how it's performing. Watching competitors like a hawk — and adjusting strategy before they even blink. You'll be measured by: Net new customer growth — volume, quality, and conversion rate. Including launching and scaling new channels, campaigns, or tactics that drive measurable growth. Efficiency of spend — CAC, ROI, payback. Every dollar pulls its weight. Team quality — Retain and grow the talent we want and cull or rehabilitate under performers. Cross-functional execution — you align fast, influence hard, and get things done. In exchange, we offer: Attractive salary and benefits. One of the top work cultures on the planet.  Flexible working hours. An office located in the heart of Central, Hong Kong. Remote workers will be considered. A state-of-the-art entertaining floor, including a fully stocked bar and pantry, gaming consoles, and a growing library. A team of 100+ globally representing over 20 countries—we’re multicultural and proud of it! Onsite company gym / yoga studio with showers, changing rooms, and free daily classes. Expensed weekly team lunches and regular social events. Company events, including Christmas and Summer parties and our much-loved beach BBQs. Where you'll work: For HK candidates: Based out of six floors of office, gym, yoga studio, and entertainment space in Hong Kong's SoHo district, we work with colleagues around the world to shake things up in one of the most exciting places on the internet today—the digital center of sports, entertainment, and cryptocurrency. We'd love to have you in Hong Kong or a nearby time zone, but the right person could work anywhere. Interested? Reach out to Tom Broom at tom.b@chaostheory.hk. We can't wait to hear from you. For non-HK candidates: While the majority of the team are based in Europe and Asia, we collaborate around the world to shake things up in one of the most exciting places on the internet today—the digital center of sports, entertainment, and cryptocurrency. For this role, we'd love to have you in Hong Kong or a nearby time zone, but location is not an absolute dealbreaker. If you're the right fit, you're right where you belong. We can't wait to hear from you.

Kody
Product Manager (PM)
Admiralty, Hong Kong
At Kody, we’re building something big and we need a sharp, curious and hands-on Product Manager to help us get there. You’ll be right at the heart of shaping and delivering our product experience across payments, finance, and loyalty. It’s a fast moving space and we want someone who gets a kick out of making real progress every single day. You'll work directly with our CEO and CTO and in close partnership with engineering, customer success and commercial teams. If you're someone who gets energy from solving tough problems, diving into details and making lots of smart decisions quickly… we’d love to talk. We’re not a place for endless specs or paper pushing. Things change fast. We ship, learn and iterate. You’ll need to own your stream of work completely i.e. why we’re doing it, what success looks like, how we build it and when it goes live. You’ll make decisions that genuinely shape the future of Kody. What you'll be doing You’ll be responsible for a full end-to-end slice of our product. From the idea on a whiteboard to something that customers use (and love), it’s yours to drive. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable talking to one. Maybe you’ve coded before, or maybe you’ve just worked really closely with technical teams. You’ll talk to our users regularly, visit them and use what you learn to shape what we build next. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to align roadmaps, communicate tradeoffs and making sure we’re always focused on what matters most. You’ll plan, coordinate and execute product rollouts. That includes docs, internal comms, enablement and making sure everything is smooth post-launch. You’ll use analytics and feedback to keep improving everything we do, constantly making things faster, better and more valuable. About you You love detail and you're not afraid of complexity You’re energised by an ambitious and fast changing environment You care about quality, but you don’t let perfection slow you down You’re not afraid to make decisions and you’re happy being held accountable for them You genuinely enjoy working with engineers and customers alike There’s a lot to do here. This means regularly visiting, speaking with, and developing relationships with customers.
