At Vita Green, we uphold the highest standards, paving the way for a healthier future.  Requirements PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Medical Sciences, Industrial Pharmacy, or equivalent discipline.  At least 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.  Experince in managing a small team Have hand-on experience in development of oral solid pharmaceutical product, including formulation and process development   Proficient in a broad array of analytical and chromatographic methods, such as HPLC, LC-MS, DSC, particle analyzer etc. and good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment  Familiar with GMP /cGMP and other quality management system is preferred  Basic knowledge in product registration, regulatory compliance and new drug application will be beneficial  Demonstrate ability in data interpretation, trouble shooting and problem solving  Job Duties:  Responsible for managing new and generic drug product development projects.  Manage product design, experimental design and implementation, data analysis, documentation and filing.   Provide technical support to cross-functional teams for product quality control, validation, and evaluation.  Participate in tech transfer of products   Provide support on new APIs and excipients sourcing  Communicate with both internal and external parties in the development of pharmaceutical products.  Benefits Why Join US  We value your professional and personal growth – fostering a positive work culture is our priority.
