The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in facility engineering, with a proven track record in management. What You'll Do  Manage and maintain all facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and water supply systems etc. Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance. Ensure facilities projects are completed effectively, adhering to strict budgetary requirements, timetables, and safety and quality requirements. Conduct routine evaluations of specialized systems to make sure all the setting can meet the safety guidelines and legal requirements. Overseeing workplace examinations, safety audits, and security evaluations to guarantee a law-abiding and safe working environment. Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient facility operations. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and projects.   Requirements Who we’re looking for:  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in facility engineering or a similar role. Have experience with GMP or HACCP standards in the Pharmaceutical, manufacturing or food industry, which will be an advantage. Prior management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams. Strong knowledge of electrical and water supply systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in project management and budgeting.
