Reporting to the Senior Buying Manager, the role is to curate a commercially viable geo-channel assortment for the Brand in conjunction with Omni-merchandising, Global Product Operations, Design and Production teams to meet the competitive and commercial needs of the markets.  The role is to manage and spearhead in-season and future assortment strategy and opportunity with the cross functional teams’ partnership for maximizing sales and margin.   Key Responsibilities Partner with the Senior Manager and Brand Management to ensure product strategies are in line with overall business strategy. Manage the in-season business through weekly business analysis and recaps.  Make recommendations due to changes in trend and business in order to maximize sales and margin opportunities. Take ownership of the roadmap in collaboration with Global Product Operations, Omni-Merchandising and Design teams.  Identify key product opportunities to grow the business through product testing and hindsight. Ensure product assortment is commercially viable and aligned with the Brand’s seasonal vision.  Direct and drive seasonal buys and conversations through business and geography expertise. Communicate assortment strategy to stakeholders at all points within the season. Understand the Brand’s market presence in the markets through store and market visits.  Understand the competition and pricing architecture. Conduct competitive analysis and resources to identify gaps within the existing assortment architecture and pricing strategy. Take accountability for the corporate product calendar and communicate all changes to the teams. Establish alignment within the calendar and product cycle to ensure it remains global in nature, seek for continuous improvements and identify best practices. Perform other duties and projects as required from time to time. Requirements Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or equivalent, with a strong fashion sense and understanding of competitive landscape and trends 5-7 year’s solid buying/merchandising experience from fashion/apparel specialty retailers Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to act as a strong liaison and influencer among different stakeholders Good command of English and Cantonese High degree of proficiency on Google applications Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on and deadline-oriented work environment Passionate, self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines and reporting Willing to travel

Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and projects.   Requirements Who we’re looking for:  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of experience in facility engineering or a similar role. Have experience with GMP or HACCP standards in the Pharmaceutical, manufacturing or food industry, which will be an advantage. Prior management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams. Strong knowledge of electrical and water supply systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in project management and budgeting.
