Secretary to CEO

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients on behalf of the CEO Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for the CEO Draft and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms Assist in the preparation of regular reports Establish and maintain filing systems Handle confidential information with discretion Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and presentations Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively solve problems Liaise with other team members to ensure efficient communication flow Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role Proficiency in MS Office suite Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Discretion and confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Graduated from a 985/211 university is preferred Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must (Proficiency in any other language is a plus)
