Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in Founder's Office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making Handle confidential information with discretion Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and presentations Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively solve problems Liaise with other team members to ensure efficient communication flow Perform other administrative tasks as needed Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Proficiency in MS Office suite Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Discretion and confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Fluent in both Cantonese and English are required, fluent in Mandarin is a plus

What will you be doing? We are looking for enthusiastic, detail oriented and organized individual for the role of Business Support to the Managing Director Asia-Pacific to be part of our growing team. You will be a member of our Asia Pacific team that includes the countries of Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Japan. Your main focus area will be to provide support for a variety of administrative tasks to the Managing Director of Asia Pacific. Below are some tasks that are part of the role: Administrative support for offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan: communication with accounting and HR service partners, invoice processing and filling, monitor service renewals, document filling, reports, expenses monitoring and any other administrative and management task for the daily operation of Asia offices. Participate and minute meetings of the Managing Director with customers, internal Navarino Group departments, and with the local offices. Take minutes and follow up on actions. Monitor commercial campaigns in Asia and maintain reports and records. Coordinate with other stakeholders in Asia to maintain customer and market share reports. Support activities for customer projects as required. Support and coordinate marketing activities for Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan offices (events, exhibitions) Deal with routine e-mails and telephone calls as appropriate on the behalf of MD Asia-Pac. Co-ordinate with employees in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan for the operational requirements of local offices. Liaise with the various Accounting and HR support business partners in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan. Liaise with other Navarino departments and personnel, as required, for the effective coordination of activities involving them. Communicate with customers and resellers to support commercial department requirements as required.
