What you'll be doing New Product Development Collaboration: Partner with R&D, marketing, production, and project managers to support NPD projects from inception to launch Ensure all necessary materials and supplies for new products are sourced, produced, and delivered on time Coordinate procurement activities to align with project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints Project Procurement Management: Manage the entire procurement process for NPD projects, including project planning, strategic sourcing, cost benchmarking, and supply chain risk mitigation Conduct analysis and provide insights to facilitate quality and cost improvements for new products Identify and engage with new suppliers to support innovative product developments Supplier Collaboration and Management: Collaborate with suppliers to understand project-specific requirements and ensure they meet Vita Green's quality and delivery standards Manage supplier relationships, including reviewing agreements, performance evaluations, and development initiatives.
