Product Manager (CFD Trading APP)

Job Overview Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the exchange’s business continuity plans (BCP) to ensure critical operations remain functional during disruptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks, design mitigation strategies, and validate the effectiveness of BCP. Prefer location: Shenzhen. Key Responsibilities Business Continuity Planning Develop and maintain the exchange’s BCP, including disaster recovery and emergency response plans. Regularly review and update BCP to align with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. Identify and assess risks impacting exchange operations (e.g., technical failures, market volatility, external events). Design and implement risk mitigation measures to minimize potential disruptions. Training & Simulation Organize and conduct BCP training and drills to ensure all employees understand their roles and responsibilities during emergencies. Evaluate simulation outcomes and propose improvement actions. Cross-Department Coordination Partner with technical, operations, compliance, and legal teams to ensure BCP comprehensiveness and effectiveness. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to support BCP implementation. Crisis Communication Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders during disruptions. Ensure timely and accurate information dissemination to uphold the exchange’s reputation and client trust. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Emergency Management, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBCP, CBRM) preferred. Experience 5+ years in risk management or business continuity planning roles, preferably within financial services or crypto exchanges. Familiarity with crypto exchange operations and practical experience managing common risk scenarios. Proven experience designing enterprise-level (B2B) complex system tools. Skills Strong system architecture understanding and ability to deliver highly productive business solutions. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Personal Attributes High sense of accountability for business and system stability. Analytical mindset to identify potential risks in business processes. Proven expertise in managing large-scale payment ecosystems and establishing global partnerships that support cross-border capabilities and localization strategies. In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems, including payment hubs, digital wallets, and blockchain-based payments. Expertise in global regulatory compliance and understanding of regional requirements in Web3 and CFD markets. Track record of leading high-impact teams, with demonstrated ability to drive product success in complex, multi-market environments.

Prefer Location: Shenzhen Key Responsibilities Product Design & Iteration Lead functional design for core products such as spot and leveraged trading, including order book mechanisms, order types (limit/market/stop-loss), fee structures, and liquidity incentive programs. Drive feature expansion and performance optimization for trading APIs (FIX/REST/WebSocket) to support quant teams and market maker ecosystems. Design liquidity solutions (e.g., order routing, liquidity provider management) to integrate multi-regional market liquidity. Coordinate matching engine optimization (e.g., latency reduction, throughput enhancement) and collaborate with technical teams to enable high-frequency trading scenarios. Market Analysis & Strategy Monitor product trends of leading exchanges (e.g., Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood), analyze user trading behavior data, and develop differentiated competitive strategies. Risk Control & Compliance Build multi-layered risk control systems (self-trade prevention, abnormal pattern detection, circuit breaker mechanisms). Lead emergency response planning for trading incidents, refining real-time intervention and post-event analysis processes. Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with technical teams to deliver trading system development and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., geographical IP restrictions). Support operations teams in designing trading campaigns (e.g., first-trade rewards, trading competitions). Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related fields. Experience 5+ years in trading system product management, with preference for Crypto exchanges, traditional brokerages, or high-frequency trading firms. Proficient in order book matching logic, liquidity pool management, and market depth optimization; experience designing high-concurrency systems (e.g., daily trading volume exceeding 1B+). At least one successful case of leading core trading features (e.g., leveraged trading launch, API performance upgrades). Skills Deep understanding of Crypto markets, leveraged trading, arbitrage strategies, and market maker ecosystems. Familiarity with large-scale system architecture and end-to-end crypto derivatives exchange workflows. Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
