Job Overview Responsible for designing and optimizing deposit/withdrawal processes for cryptocurrency exchanges, supporting multi-chain assets and token types to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant user experiences. Coordinate with technical, operational, and security teams to drive end-to-end product management from requirements to launch, and continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction through data-driven insights. Prefer Location: Shenzhen Key Responsibilities Product Planning & Design Lead the product design and optimization of multi-chain asset deposit/withdrawal workflows, including on-chain asset deposits, withdrawals, transaction confirmations, and compliance integration. Monitor on-chain transaction statuses, design exception handling mechanisms (e.g., failed/delayed transactions) to safeguard user assets. Research blockchain industry security standards and regulatory requirements to ensure deposit/withdrawal features and wallet products comply with local laws. Collaborate with security teams to design and implement safeguards against risks such as hacking attempts and asset loss. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis Conduct global market research and competitive analysis, track industry trends, and identify innovative features to drive wallet product iterations. Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with business, compliance, design, R&D, QA, and security teams to drive project implementation. Data-Driven Optimization Analyze core product metrics and user feedback to continuously refine deposit/withdrawal processes and wallet functionalities, enhancing user satisfaction. Customer Support & Service Provide high-quality customer support to resolve issues related to wallet product usage. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Blockchain, or a related field. Work Experience 3+ years of experience in blockchain or Web3 industries. Proven track record of managing at least one product through its full lifecycle. Technical Skills Proficient in blockchain fundamentals and mainstream public chain ecosystems (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BSC). Deep understanding of on-chain asset management, private key protection, multi-signature mechanisms, and cross-chain bridges. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to independently conduct requirements analysis and product design. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Thorough knowledge of product development lifecycles and project management methodologies. Define and develop security features and capabilities for exchanges and wallets, including: multi-factor authentication (MFA), encryption/decryption mechanisms, account security, anti-phishing measures, KYC/AML protocols, and physical safeguards. Stay updated on security trends and technological advancements in the cryptocurrency and exchange industries, continuously assessing and improving platform security standards. Security Operations Develop security risk management strategies and requirements, covering areas such as Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC), vulnerability management, and incident response. Establish end-to-end vulnerability management processes for exchange and wallet applications, ensuring secure delivery from code development to production deployment. Design emergency response protocols, organize drills, and oversee execution during security incidents. Create internal and external security training programs, educate clients on security best practices, and conduct internal employee training (e.g., security awareness workshops, penetration testing simulations). Requirements Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. CISSP, CISA, or equivalent security certifications are preferred. Work Experience 3+ years of security product management experience in financial services or the cryptocurrency industry. Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of security requirements and best practices for cryptocurrency trading platforms. Familiarity with common security tools and technologies, including code vulnerability detection, identity authentication, network access control, and data encryption/decryption. Proficient in enterprise-level information security risk management processes and methodologies. Understanding of blockchain security tools and techniques (e.g., smart contract auditing, blockchain security frameworks).
