Our client is an internationally recognised fashion brand that retails high quality fashion, denim and streetwear products in globally. To cope with business expansion management is looking for a strategic minded VP of eCom to direct the APAC eCom. sales & operation.  About the Role Reporting to the Head of APAC, this new headcount will be leading the APAC eCom sales & operations team consisting of 6+ headcount. The VP of eCom is expected to further strengthen the brand sales performance through analysing sales data and actively working with the eCom sales & operations team. You will be focus in driving sales and designing the overall online commercial development roadmap for Asia Pacific. Requirements Requirements Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any multinational retail label (Management Trainee background will be preferred) Minimal of 6 years of eCom working experience with atleast 2 years at a Director level Familiar with APAC online shopping climate and consumer behavior across different online channels Strong commercial sense and able to represent the company's objective as a leader Active, communicative, and energetic character; ability to communicate and collaborate with different departments is a must Contemporary mindset with strong understanding of omni-channel retail strategies Resourceful with proven problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)

This role will play a key part in building awareness of Control Risks expertise and driving growth for its services with our key buyers. The focus of the role will include crafting compelling messaging from complex topics and generating insightful, buyer-focused content ideas to bring alignment to global programme priorities within region. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the business to develop actionable content and build strategic marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Programme Lead for Asia Pacific, this person will work closely with the marketing team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate audience engagement. Tasks and responsibilities Execute compelling, integrated, multi-channel campaigns that target key audiences across the funnel to generate and nurture quality enquiries/leads and conversions.
