Requirements We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Head of Payment to lead our payment solutions in the fast-evolving fintech environment. This executive role combines strategic decision-making, operational leadership, and global psp development to build and optimize our payment capabilities on an international scale. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payment product management, coupled with a global perspective and established network within the payments ecosystem to drive cross-border initiatives, partnerships, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership in Payment Solutions: Set and execute the vision for our global payment strategy, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with international standards while meeting the unique demands of fintech sector. Foster a high-performance, innovative team culture focused on excellence and accountability. Global Channel Development: Build and leverage strategic partnerships with international payment processors, financial institutions, and blockchain-based payment networks to enhance our global payment channels. Ensure that our payment solutions are optimized for seamless cross-border transactions and localized to meet diverse regional requirements. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of payment products, from ideation and launch to enhancement and ongoing optimization, with a particular focus on adapting products for different markets. Decision-Making and Vision: Utilize strong decision-making skills and market insight to guide complex product and channel decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and rapid adaptation to industry changes. Data-Driven Optimization: Implement advanced data analytics to drive product and operational strategies, optimizing transaction processing, identifying growth opportunities, and developing features that enhance both user experience and market reach. Regulatory and Compliance Leadership: Ensure adherence to global standards and proactively address changes in requirements across regions. Integrate compliance into all product and operational workflows, managing risks effectively in fintech landscape. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in finance, blockchain, or compliance are highly preferred. 10+ years of product management experience in financial services, payments, or fintech, with substantial exposure to global payment systems, particularly within payment, Web3, cryptocurrency, or CFD industries. Proven expertise in managing large-scale payment ecosystems and establishing global partnerships that support cross-border capabilities and localization strategies. In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems, including payment hubs, digital wallets, and blockchain-based payments. Expertise in global regulatory compliance and understanding of regional requirements in Web3 and CFD markets. Track record of leading high-impact teams, with demonstrated ability to drive product success in complex, multi-market environments.
