About Us First Circle is one of the fastest growing fintechs in South-East Asia, providing financial services to under-served SMEs. We have just raised Series B, led by the IFC (the World Bank's investment arm), and we are now hiring those with a track record of excellence looking for a new adventure to play a pivotal part in the next chapter. The Role We’re looking for a Product Owner with strong problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for getting things done. You’ll take ownership across operations, product, and customer experience — helping us scale existing products and launch new ones. No two days will be the same, and your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take initiative will be key to success. Our objective is that your grow into a Product Manager role with ownership over a complete product: results, strategy, build, and budget. If you're excited to be part of something fast-moving and meaningful, and want to work on real problems for real customers, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities Own and drive key product and operational initiatives from idea to execution. Solve real customer problems by connecting customer research, business objectives, and solution design. Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Operations) to build and improve our value propositions. Ship, test, and learn in fast iterations. Take ownership of results, holding the highest standards of yourself and colleagues. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in any fast-paced environment (startups, fintech, consulting, operations, product — all welcome). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into simple solutions. Track record ownership — you take responsibility and drive projects to completion. Growth mindset — you’re eager to learn, adapt, and improve continuously. Excellent communication skills — you can work across different teams and explain ideas clearly. Passion for building real solutions that create customer impact. Benefits Work at a fast-growing fintech on meaningful products that reshape SME finance in Southeast Asia. We don't have a fixed budget for the role. When we find the right person, we will pay them competitively vs their market rate. Flexibility to work remotely with opportunities for travel. Last year we raised Series B, led by the IFC (the World Bank's investment arm), and we are now hiring an excellent product manager to play a pivotal part in the next chapter. Building product in developing markets like the Philippines presents unique challenges, given the state of digital infrastructure. The Role We are looking for a Product Manager to build world class products that will shape the future of First Circle. Reporting to the CEO, you will work at the highest level to design and execute solutions that drive business growth and customer success. Leverage data and deep analytical thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement. Take a highly outcome-oriented approach, ensuring efforts translate into real impact for customers and the business. Operate with extreme ownership—you are responsible for delivering results, not just managing a backlog. Work in a high-performance culture that demands top-notch work effort, strategic thinking, and relentless execution. Travel to Manila periodically to work closely with teams on the ground. Requirements 4-8 years of experience in a highly analytical, problem-solving role (e.g., Product Management, Consulting, Strategy).
