*** Key Responsibilities *** - Follow up projects, with clients, suppliers, contractors, designers - Check all the drawings in detail and modify defects accurately - Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely - Report project status to management and related parties - Check quotations, timeline and prepare analysis - Handle full set of drawings and presentation - Provide technical solutions to projects - Site visit and follow up the progress of projects Requirements *** Key Requirements *** Must-have - A minimum of 4 years solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects with commercial projects experience - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese   Good-to-have - Working experience in retail projects of luxury brands - Proficiency in Photoshop and SketchUp will be an advantage - Knowledge of quantity surveying in interior projects is an advantage - A good team player with positive and proactive attitude - Self-motivated, well organized and hardworking - Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure Note: - Please provide project reference  - Portfolio will be an advantage  - Candidate with more experience leading luxury retail projects would be considered for the position of Project Manager. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Senior Associate/ Manager to drive all human resources functions within the organization. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, culture building, payroll administration, compliance, and talent development.
