[Fee Details]
For leases under 6 months, an additional 20% service fee applies; for leases over 6 months but under 1 year, 15%; (if booking within 3 days, service fee is 10%; within 6 days, service fee is 15%); for leases over 1 year, 10%.
The service fee includes water, electricity, internet, management fees, property fees, room cleaning, and bed linens (electricity usage has a cap).
[Deposit Payment]
The deposit can be paid in RMB via Alipay or WeChat Pay (with ¥50 handling fee), or in HKD via cash, bank transfer, or cheque.
Deposit: For rentals under six months, one month’s rent as deposit; for rentals over six months, two months’ rent as deposit.
