About the Role We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Lead to design, implement, and manage our total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in compensation structuring, performance management, and incentive program design, coupled with strong project management skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align rewards strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance in a complex regulatory environment. Job Overview  Develop and execute competitive compensation frameworks, including salary benchmarking, job grading, and equity-based incentive programs. Lead the design and implementation of performance evaluation systems linked to compensation outcomes. Create innovative short-term and long-term incentive schemes to drive employee engagement and business performance. Drive regional/global C&B projects including system implementations, M&A integrations, and process re-engineering. Ensure adherence to Hong Kong labor ordinances, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. Utilize HRIS tool to conduct predictive modeling and ROI analysis. Partner with regional HR teams, finance, and senior leadership to align rewards with organizational goals. Oversee relationships with benefits providers, compensation survey partners Develop clear guidelines and training programs to enhance workforce understanding of total rewards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 8+ years in C&B roles with 3+ years in leadership positions Proven track record in job architecture design and performance-linked compensation Advanced Excel modeling and HR analytics tools Experience in HR consulting is highly advantageous Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) preferred Cantonese and English proficiency; Mandarin fluency is a plus. Strategic mindset with operational execution capabilities Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence skills Adaptable to fast-paced, matrixed environments

SUMMARY This role will be based at the Regional HR Office in Hong Kong to provide a full spectrum of HR support, including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Administration for Hong Kong, Macau, Australia and Singapore.
