Job Description Identify new potential business partners and contacts to achieve business expansion goals. Develop collaborations with high-quality merchants for the deployment of "Power Buddy" shared charging stations in high-traffic venues such as hotels, shopping malls, popular restaurants, KTV clubs, bars, tourist attractions, hospitals, transportation hubs, exhibition centers, and large chain stores. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation and increase transaction volumes. What you’ll be doing? Responsible for following up with and signing contracts with merchants, as well as the tuning, installation, and training of merchants after equipment delivery. Conduct routine maintenance after installation, engage in ongoing merchant cooperation and customer relationship management, pursue further development and deepen collaborations. Analyze daily transaction data to assess equipment usage and adjust strategies to maximize device efficiency. Collect feedback from merchants and users on the use of the charging stations, resolve issues encountered during use, and enhance user satisfaction. Collaborate with various company departments to help improve operational efficiency. Who are we looking for? DSE or higher diploma, no specific major required. People who have excellent learning ability with no experience will be considered, are proactive and not afraid of challenges. Preference for candidates with experience in business development and sales, and a good understanding of the local market. Basic proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Outgoing personality with strong resilience, and business negotiation skills. Job Summary: The Technical Sales Executive is required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations; to monitor the operating processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and maintain in good quality standard. Responsibilities: 1. Reporting to Sales Account Manager on performance of the sales and project follow up; 2. Explore new business opportunities, establish & maintain excellent relationships with clients; 3. Initiate and execute the sales action plan directed by supervisors in order to achieve the projected sales targets; 4. Liaise with clients and site personnel to obtain specification or direct sales of company’s products and services; 5. Ensuring all projects or orders are of high-quality standard and maintaining image of the company; 6. Preparation for all sales & warranty documentation and maintain the completed and updated customer related records; 8. Ensure that Hill’s Pet Nutrition is the strategic partner of choice in small animal nutrition. Key strategies based on 6P (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement, POP and Professional recommendation) Shopper oriented solutions to win at the customer Principal Duties and Responsibilities Develops, prepares and implements agreed annual business plans for each account consistent with overall sales volume in line with annual contract with T&C agreement: Space/visibility within designated account of Hill’s existing products Rapid acceptance and distribution of new products Increased distribution on existing product lines Fair share of shelf Develops, prepares and implements agreed customer service and promotion plans (in association with channel sales management as appropriate) which respond competitively to the needs of the customer and which are consistent with overall sales and marketing plans. Represent Hill’s at meetings/conferences Requirements Travel Requirements The role requires 90% time to be invested in Market and Field working Working Relationships Does this position supervise: No Customer Development team Education/ Experience Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business, Pharmaceuticals, Veterinary Science or similar field is strongly recommended Experience & understanding of veterinary and pet markets ,Veterinarian Technical and Product knowledge preferred Previous sales experience in field sales, veterinary industry, FMCG, pharmaceutical company or Nutrition Company preferred with minimum 3 years of sales experience Familiarity with Pet food business is a plus Expected Areas of Skills Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn company specific tools & programs Fluent in English Valid driver’s license required Strong account management and customer development skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage sales plan execution. Good interpersonal skills and Excellent communication skills (internal and external, all levels). Skill set to develop RE strategy and action plans based on deep understanding of respective REs, customers, shoppers and category. Multi function capacity and flexibility to deal with ambiguous situations. Proficient computer skills in Google and Excel Microsoft.
