Purchased in 2018. Due to the outdated model, apps may not be downloadable or installable. The lens rotation might occasionally malfunction (though sometimes it works normally). No box, no original CD, no manual or other documents. All images are for reference only. Photos were taken recently (July 21, 2025). The SD card slot on the back of the unit should work normally. WiFi and wired network connectivity should still function properly. The green alarm interface on the back of the unit should also still work. If you can install the app to view live footage, but cannot playback recordings in real time, you will need to remove the SD card and download the files.
