It provides you with a foundational understanding of pour-over brewing and the Blue Bottle Coffee brand, allowing you to try using Blue Bottle Coffee's pour-over tools and methods to experience coffee just as delicious as what you'd enjoy in a Blue Bottle Coffee café. ◎ Hand-Drip Coffee Class Agenda - Blue Bottle Coffee Brand Introduction - Brewing Equipment Overview - Coffee Bean Introduction - Pour-Over Demonstration - Student Pour-Over Experience and Q&A Session On the day of the class, all necessary brewing tools will be prepared for you. After the session, you will receive a complimentary bag of barista-selected specialty coffee beans (200g) and a copy of The Art of Pour Over brewing guide, so you can continue practicing at home. Whether you're passionate about coffee or have never visited a Blue Bottle Coffee café before, we invite you to join us and experience the process of crafting a delicious cup of pour-over coffee. *The 75-minute class is primarily conducted in Cantonese, with English used as supplementary support.* Full payment is required upon registration; no refunds or rescheduling allowed.
