On January 9, 2008, the "Central Star Ferry Pier Farmers' Market," organized by SEED, was officially launched and is now known as the "SEED Farmers Market." As the only fixed weekday farmers' market, unlike other weekend markets, we gather small-scale farmers who primarily produce premium vegetables, including unique organic produce and processed agricultural goods. The market maintains a simple, direct, and warm community-focused operation, enabling interaction between farmers and the public, ensuring every farmer's voice is heard. Since its inception with just a few farms, it has grown into a regular market featuring over ten farms and local small businesses, attracting young new farmers. We collaborate with various farms, organizations, and groups, giving rise to diverse community initiatives. Free admission, open to the public.
