Program Features: The 'Elite Sprint Training Program' aims to provide long-term professional training for athletes who already possess fundamental skills and competition experience, assisting them in preparing for various events by establishing structured training plans. Through at least three weekly training sessions, participants will achieve comprehensive improvement across all aspects of their athletic abilities. This program underwent preliminary trials last academic year with significant success. Numerous athletes consistently achieved personal bests in school-level competitions, All Hong Kong Inter-Area Primary Schools Athletics Competition, and Hong Kong Junior Age Group Athletics Competition. Several athletes secured top-three placements, broke competition records, and some even met the training standards for the U16 Hong Kong Youth Team.
