There is no limit to the total number of players who may participate in a session.Four padel rackets are provided for each 60-minute session, and must be returned to the reception counter upon completion. Padel balls are not included but are available for purchase on site.Check-In & ArrivalAll players must check-in at the reception counter before their session commences.At the check-in, players must:1. Present their booking confirmation email from Zicket / Eventbrite.2. Sign and accept Padel Central’s Waiver and Release of Liability.Players must arrive within the first 15 minutes of their booked session to secure the court. Padel Central reserves the right to release the court to other players in the event of a late arrival.Cancellations, Refunds & ReschedulingOnce a booking is confirmed, no rescheduling is allowed.For any cancellations initiated by the guest, no refunds will be allowed.Refund Method: For eligible refunds (see below), the booking fee will be refunded via the original payment method through Zicket online booking portal. The processing time varies depending on the payment method.Facility Closure & Rainouts: Sessions are subject to cancellation and a full refund (via original payment method) will be issued under the following circumstances:1. A Red rainstorm signal or above is hoisted. A Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or higher is hoisted.2. Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances render the courts unsafe, at the discretion of Padel Central management.3. Partial Session Closure: If a confirmed session is cancelled before it begins, or if play is stopped before half the session has been completed due to a facility closure, a full refund will be arranged via the original payment method.Closure announcement and reopening information will be communicated via on Padel Central’s social media platforms.Facility Use & ConductProper sports attire, including non-marking shoes, is mandatory for all players. Padel Central reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual if they are not dressed appropriately.The court must be vacated promptly at the end of the reserved time slot to allow the next booking to start on time.Players are financially responsible for any damages caused to the court or equipment during their booking and may be liable for repair or replacement costs and other consequential loss.Padel Central reserves the right to terminate any session immediately due to disruptive behaviour or violation of facility rules. This may result in a ban from future bookings.Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Player AgreementBy participating in activities at Padel Central, you agree to the following terms:Assumption of Risk: You represent and warrant that you are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why you are not capable of engaging in padel or related activities, and that such activity will not be detrimental to your health, safety, or physical condition. You acknowledge that padel is a physical sport that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, collisions, or damage to personal property. You voluntarily assume these risks for yourself and all Participants included in your booking and agree that your use of the Padel Central facility is entirely at your own risk.Release of Liability: You agree that if you engage in any padel play, or related activities, or enter the Padel Central facilities, you do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Padel Central, its event organisers, sponsors, vendors, and all affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and damages that may arise from or relate to the use of the court or facilities, including any injuries, losses, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.Group Health and Safety for Participation: As the Court Booker, you confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of all participants in your booking. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that no one in your group participates while suffering from a contagious illness or other condition that could risk the health and safety of others.Unauthorised Commercial ActivitiesThe use of Padel Central facilities for any unauthorised commercial activities is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is limited to, hosting events for profit or commercial photography/videography without prior written consent from Padel Central management.Enforcement of Policies: Padel Central reserves the right to monitor activities and refuse access to, or remove any individual or group suspected of violating these terms.Legal action may be pursued against violators to seek damages for any losses incurred.Personal Information Collection StatementPersonal data collected upon the purchase or issue of Tickets may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law.GeneralFrom time-to-time Padel Central or other authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring within the Premise which may feature visitors. Padel Central reserves the right to use these materials in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format.Padel Central may reserve courts for its own events, activities, coaching, maintenance, or tournaments. Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal / Tropical Cyclone Signal No.3 or above is in effect;2. Adverse weather or special circumstances render the facility unsafe, as assessed by Padel Central management from safety or operational perspectives;3. Partial Session Closure: If a confirmed session is cancelled before commencement, or if play is halted before half the session is completed due to facility closure, a full refund will be processed via the original payment method.Closure notices and reopening updates will be posted on Padel Central's social media platforms.Facility Usage & ConductAll participants must wear appropriate sportswear and non-marking shoes. For safety reasons, Padel Central reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not properly dressed.All participants must vacate the reserved facility promptly at the end of the booking period to ensure the next session can begin on time.Participants are financially responsible for any damage caused to the court or equipment during their booking, including repair or replacement costs and other consequential losses.Padel Central reserves the right to immediately suspend court usage and future bookings for any violation of rules, misconduct, or disruptive behavior.Personal Data Collection StatementPersonal data collected during ticket purchase or reservation may be used for: processing applications or inquiries, enforcing commercial terms, sending administrative materials, internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical analysis, or other directly related purposes, as well as for legal, safety, or security reasons. Mandatory fields marked are essential. Failure to provide such data may result in inability to deliver requested products or services. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforementioned purposes, or to other parties as required by law.General TermsDuring events, Padel Central or authorized personnel may conduct photography, videography, or other forms of recording that may include visitors. Padel Central reserves the perpetual right to use such materials in any promotional, advertising, or publicity content in any format.Padel Central reserves courts for its internal events, programs, coaching, maintenance, or tournaments. Any adjustments to existing bookings will be announced via official channels.In the event of any dispute, Padel Central management retains final decision-making authority over bookings, policies, and their interpretation.
