Role Overview: We are seeking a Quant Research Lead with deep expertise in mid-frequency systematic trading. You will be responsible for end-to-end research, development, and deployment of MFT strategies on crypto derivatives markets. Key Responsibilities: Research, design, and develop systematic mid-frequency trading strategies. Build and manage models from scratch — including alpha research, signal generation, backtesting, portfolio construction, and risk management. Collaborate closely with engineering and trading teams for efficient execution and scaling of strategies. Monitor live trading performance, adapt to market dynamics, and continuously optimize strategies. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in quantitative research/trading, specifically in systematic mid-frequency trading Track record of building strategies independently from ideation to production. Expert-level programming skills (Python, C++, R or similar). Solid understanding of market microstructure, quantitative research methods, alpha modeling, and execution systems.

Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of equities in the TMT, consumer, or industrial sectors, focusing on companies listed in China and Hong Kong. Develop and maintain robust financial models to forecast company performance and assess investment opportunities. Engage with corporate management to gather insights, ask pertinent questions, and enhance understanding of company operations and strategies. Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and investment recommendations. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and economic indicators that may impact portfolio companies. Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to investment strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA or equivalent certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an equity analyst in buy-side or sell-side firms, specifically focused on China/Hong Kong stocks. Proven expertise in bottom-up analysis within the TMT, consumer, or industrial sectors. Advanced financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to do: Manage the debt collection team to ensure efficient and effective operations. Design and implement digitalized notification measures for delinquent accounts and problematic clients. Handle debt collector case assignments, legal proceedings, and recovery management processes. Collaborate with outside collection agencies (OCAs) to streamline debt recovery efforts. Review and analyze loan quality, providing detailed reports to the management team. Develop loan restructuring proposals and assess the credit risk associated with problematic accounts. Assist in inspections and monitor the sale of collateral assets to optimize recovery strategies.
