About the Role The role reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff. This role is pivotal in driving the company's corporate planning processes and overseeing the implementation of key corporate strategic and innovation initiatives. The incumbent will play a critical role in helping FundPark achieve its long-term business vision through meticulous planning, execution, and collaboration with senior stakeholders and external partners. What you need to do: Develop and refine FundPark's corporate strategy in alignment with the long-term business vision. Lead the execution of major corporate strategic initiatives and innovation projects. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met. Manage external relationships and partnerships critical to the company's strategic goals. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for corporate projects. Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to the executive team. Support administrative functions related to corporate projects and strategic planning efforts. Requirements Proven experience in corporate strategic planning and project management. Track record of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders and external parties. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Background in banking and finance or a scale-up environment is desired.
