What you will be doing: You will join a dynamic and fast paced environment and will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include: Understanding our clients’ learning needs to ensure you will deliver an impactful training to their teams Liaising with the Project plan to determine training needs, objectives and schedule training sessions Supporting in designing effective training programs  Animating training sessions in class and online (Retail programs, workshops, …) and creating vivid and dynamic environment to impact mindset change and behaviors Inspiring participants through different methodologies (discussion, demonstration, game and story) Able to coach (on floor or online) Requirements What you will bring along: Strong retail background and insight (luxury retail background is highly preferred) Minimum 5+ years’ experience in related to service excellence, CX and training field Experienced in classroom trainings & workshops, and on-field coaching of the topics of customer experience mindset, emotional selling, service excellence, clienteling/CRM for retail frontline team Experienced in conducting learning activities with different interactive methods Excellent communication skills with proficient language skills in Cantonese & English. Mandarin is a plus. Able to develop training material and activities is a plus
