Purchased in August 2021. The middle button sometimes fails to respond; replacing the microswitch resolves this issue. One screw is missing from the bottom, and one middle-button spring is missing internally, but this does not affect functionality. The left button and side button microswitches have been replaced twice. Handover at Taikoo or Quarry Bay MTR Station.
