Position Title: Business and Technical Service Manager Responsibilities: 1. Liaise with the Hong Kong SAR government authority responsible for the civil explosives industry to ensure the company's product supply and services meet regulatory requirements; 2. Collect engineering market information in Hong Kong SAR—including caverns, tunnels, quarries, infrastructure projects, and site leveling—and be responsible for market development; 3. Conduct solution reviews for customers; 4. Coordinate with suppliers and work with the procurement team to adapt products and services to meet regulatory and market requirements; 5. Handle product import customs clearance and logistics in Hong Kong SAR, and collaborate with the procurement team to track the entire process—from production preparation and quality inspection to delivery, logistics, and customs clearance; 6. Provide customers with product and service training and usage guidance; 7. Respond to customer inquiries and handle customer complaints; 8. Maintain public relations; 9.
