Job Position: Food Processing Worker (Expected duration: 10–12 months) Salary: HKD 14,631/month Gender and Age: Male only, under 40 years old Working Hours: 6 days per week, 8.5 hours per day (excluding meal breaks; shift-based work) Shift A: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Shift B: 12:00 PM to 9:30 AM Language Requirement: Fluent Cantonese Meals and Accommodation: Meals at own expense; employer provides accommodation (10% of base salary deducted) Job Requirements: 1. Proficient in skills related to Western-style pastries. 2. Calculate raw material and auxiliary ingredient quantities according to product formulas; prepare and shape dough or batter; proof dough. 3. Operate electric mixers; prepare baking ingredients; use large-scale ovens to bake various products; monitor oven baking status and control timing. 4. Strong hands-on ability; capable of independently innovating and producing various Western-style pastries; familiar with Western pastry production techniques, procedures, and workflow. 5.
